Bianca began working with Alamo Heights Counseling in the field as a contracted supervised visitation monitor providing services to clients of Child Protective Services and the district court system. 2017, she transitioned to working in the office, coordinating and scheduling visitation monitoring. She is also a graduate of the Community Mental Health Counseling program at UTSA and is in the process of applying for her clinical license so she can practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern.
Stephanie is the newest member of the Alamo Heights Counseling team. She is the Assistant to the Director and provides scheduling and billing services to contract therapists as well. Stephanie plans to return to school to complete a degree in social work. In addition to welcoming new clients, assisting with initial paperwork, and scheduling clients, Stephanie is also the biller and health insurance liason for the office. Clients with questions about whether their healthcare plan covers therapy and whether they have copayments or deductibles should direct those questions to Stephanie directly.
Was the Assistant to the Director for almost three years before leaving working for the practice full time to be with her family. Juanita occassionally provides coverage when the full time members of the office staff team are on vacation or need to take a day off for personal reasons. Juanita has also been a supervised visitation monitor.
